goals: february recap and march goal setting

i know, it is march 8. i don’t have a good excuse, other than my love affair with my computer is hard to extend outside of working hours. also, i have definitely been self conscious about my february goals recap.

so, here they are:

  • brush my teeth twice a day- FAIL
  • floss twice a week- FAIL
  • wash my face every night- FAIL
  • earn 20 activity points a week- FAIL
  • track daily- FAIL, all though less miserably than in the other areas
  • blog once a week- CHECK
  • stay positive in any and every way possible- CHECK

some of you are super grossed out by me and for that i am (kinda) sorry. i am not going to dwell on this failure of a month, i am going to move forward. i tried to tackle too much at once and in return accomplished nothing.

so, for march here is my goal: don’t drink coffee. i am drinking some right now. and when this cup is done, so are coffee and i. at least until april. why coffee? because i should be drinking tea.

also in effect are the on-going goals of blogging once a week and staying positive in any and every way possible.

anyone else been setting goals?

  1. No coffee. Two cups so far in 2012. I used to drink 24 ozs before 10 every morning.

    No soda. I have had 3 sodas in 2012. All diet. One today.

    No fast food. McMuffin and twice for oatmeal at mcD’s, chipotle once, subway once and kfc once in 2012. Pretty solid effort so far
