just didn’t have time! i got up, tried to do a little relaxing. took a nice, long, hot shower. got ready for the interview. headed into town early to grab some lunch, with plenty of time to show up to the interview 15 minutes early. the interviews went well, i think. i should know more next week. from there i had some errands to check off the list and then i had some time to kill, but with a phone low on juice and no computer, writing to you all was not in the cards. so i read a local publication out of fayetteville and a magazine out of little rock. and then i picked up my kindle. after considering reading winter’s bone, and incredibly loud and extremely close, i decided that i really wanted to read the dovekeepers…a book i found in my quest for bookclub reading recommendations. but i had downloaded the first hunger games book a while ago, and there it sat, upstarted, on my kindle. so i “picked it up”. ohmigah. for all the shit i talk on teen-lit I AM SORRY. this book. it is wonderful. so i am going to get back to it…and then i have some sheets to rip. i know, i thought i was done with that too…but what is a mummy costume without ripped sheets?
this afternoon we are going to my sister-in-law’s for a halloween party, then out to dinner with the fam and then b and i will go on down to f-town to an adult halloween party. pretty excited for adult interaction!
