sorry about yesterday. i thought i had given you a (totally lame and weak) post around 3:00, but it seems it did not post. i left town last minute, and unlike a good blogger, had nothing in the queue to publish while i was gone. i also had nothing i could tell you about (besides that p90x killed me and i can barely cough without wanting to die).
see, i needed to come to kc to try on my dress. and it just so happened that book club was last night, so i decided i would sneak attack book club and come see my dress. i mean, i would have come right away to see the dress, but it worked out fabulously that i got to do book club too. HOWEVER, i didn’t want to ruin my own surprise, so i couldn’t tell you all what a nice time i was having in kc.
it has been super nice. i go back to arkansas tomorrow, but this little trip to the city really got the juices flowing again. as i write to you i am taking a break from looking for flower inspiration for holly. and i think we found just the thing. so, now i know what to sh0p for. there are all these fabulous flea markets around the new place, but before i had no direction. i can start going through my mom’s things, knowing what i am looking for.
i am ready to shop. i am ready to craft. i am ready to get this sh*t done.
