day one of p90x was all right. arms and back. i used the bands and i didn’t like it. i will be switching to weights. i also suck at pull ups. i went at it, but not full tilt. i am all too aware of how much that can hurt. so my arms are the kind of sore that is enjoyable and satisfying. now my abs, that is another story. ab ripper, should be called ab destroyer. my rib cage hurts.
we didn’t get up this morning to do plyometrics, which means i should be getting after it before too long.
